SPECIALISED AGENTS / WORKFLOW GUIDE
From customer enquiry to project delivery
Connect sales, pricing, onboarding, and operations in one coordinated workflow
How the agents work together
The first agent structures the customer’s request. A requirements agent identifies missing information and dependencies. A proposal agent prepares scope and pricing from approved references. After approval, a planning agent creates milestones, assigns responsibilities, and prepares onboarding tasks. A monitoring agent flags delays and outstanding decisions.

Carry the agreed scope into delivery
Suppose a customer asks for an automation to reconcile weekly sales reports. The requirements agent collects sample files, reporting deadlines, and the checks the customer currently performs. The proposal draft separates agreed deliverables from open questions, such as who resolves mismatched totals.
After the team approves the scope and price, the planning agent turns those deliverables into tasks: obtain access, map the files, build the checks, and review a sample report with the customer. A missing file or delayed access request appears against the affected milestone, so the project owner knows what is holding up delivery.

How to measure improvement
