Turning campaign results into better enquiries

UTANA / WORKFLOW DESIGN

Utana wants qualified enquiries for workflow automation. In this proposed workflow, an agent reviews Meta campaign results and suggests improvements for human approval.

Take people straight to a conversation

Facebook or Instagram ads that click to WhatsApp open a chat with Utana. Once someone sends a message, our team responds directly. Opening the chat alone is not an enquiry.

Agree on the outcome and budget

The team approves the offer, audience, ads, test budget, and dates. It defines a qualified enquiry: for example, a business with a specific workflow problem and interest in an automation project. The initial campaign tests what these enquiries cost.

Connect results with enquiry quality

The agent compares campaign reports with the team’s enquiry log, tracking spend, conversations, human-qualified enquiries, and calls booked. It records the source ad where known and marks unknown sources clearly.

The main measure is cost per qualified enquiry: spend divided by qualified enquiries. Clicks and cheap conversations help diagnose performance, but do not establish business value.

Turn weak results into a test

Suppose many messages come from people seeking AI courses. The agent proposes an audience adjustment, explaining the evidence and expected improvement. The team approves it before it runs.

If the next round attracts businesses but few relevant projects, the agent investigates again. It might propose clearer copy about Utana’s workflows or a more specific offer, subject to approval.

Review the image or video

The agent checks message clarity, readability, the video’s opening, and the call to action alongside performance data. For video, it checks whether the opening shows a recognisable business problem and makes the value of automation clear. Low click-through or early viewer drop-off can suggest a creative problem, but do not prove its cause.

It may propose a simpler image, a stronger opening, or a short workflow demo. Each suggestion includes evidence and a specific test. A person approves the revised creative; where practical, the audience and offer stay consistent to help assess its effect on qualified enquiries.

Measure, adapt, and review again

Each approved change is logged with its date and hypothesis. The agent compares subsequent results, allowing time for follow-up and enough evidence before recommending another change. A handful of replies cannot establish a winner.

The team keeps, reverses, or pauses changes based on results. Audience changes and budget increases require approval. At the spending limit, the campaign stops for review.

Keep decisions with people

The agent organises evidence; our team judges enquiry quality and whether another test is worthwhile. Improvements are measured, not guaranteed. This proposed workflow has not yet been validated in a live Utana campaign.
