From AI news to ready-to-publish posts

UTANA / WORKFLOW DESIGN

Keeping up with AI and sharing useful updates can become a job of its own. This proposed workflow uses three specialised agents to turn selected news into social posts, helping a business stay informed and active while giving its community something worth reading.

1 / Find news worth sharing

The research agent checks a selected list of AI news sources, research publications, and official announcements through feeds or permitted web access. It checks dates, removes duplicate stories, and collects the original source links. Each shortlisted item explains what changed and why it matters to your audience.

The brief is selective: a useful update about a tool, a practical application, or a research finding with clear limitations. If nothing relevant turns up, there is no need to force a post.

2 / Turn the news into a useful post

The writing agent works from that source brief and your brand guidelines. It drafts a headline, a short explanation, and a practical takeaway: what could this change for the people reading it? It links to the source, distinguishes reported facts from interpretation, and flags anything that needs checking.

Start with one channel and one format. An Instagram post with a single visual and a short caption is enough to test the process before adding carousels or other platforms.

3 / Prepare the branded visual

The design agent places the selected copy into an existing editable template using a connected design tool. It keeps your fonts, colours, and layout, checks text fit and readability, and exports the visual at the required dimensions. The handoff is a review package: caption, visual, source links, and any unresolved questions.

Your team makes the publishing decision

A person checks accuracy, relevance, tone, and the final visual before approving publication. Unclear claims go back for revision. A shared content queue keeps all three agents working on the same story and version; revised content returns for approval.

Start small and measure the value

Begin with a daily news shortlist and a few posts each week. Record the time currently spent researching, writing, and designing, then compare it with preparation and review time during the pilot. Track corrections and useful audience responses as well as publishing consistency. Expand when the workflow saves effort and produces content your community values.
